Circles:

Each digit in a circle has three separate meanings:

• Circle Count: The digit tells you how many times that same digit appears inside circles in the grid.
• Ratio: The digit represents the ratio between the two diagonally adjacent cells in one opposite pair.
• Difference: The digit represents the difference between the two cells in the other diagonally opposite pair.

There are exactly 10 circles hidden in the grid.

Dynamic Fog:

Most of the grid is covered in fog. Entering correct digits may clear fog somewhere in the grid. No guessing is required.
