1. Digits on a thermometer increase from the bulb to the tip.
2. Digits on an arrow, sum to the digit in the circle, the left most arrow in row 2 (row 2, column 2), goes from R2C2 to R2C5.
3. The black dot separates digits that are in a 2:1 ratio, not all dots are given.
4. The white dot separated digits that are consecutive, not all dots are given.

nice puzzle. Only conplaint: In Sudokupad it is unclear, where the arrow in R2C4 points. Had to look here again to see, that it is straight from R2C2 to R2C5.
