No thermometer may be an entropic line.
Entropic Lines:
Any set of three adjacent cells along an entropic line must contain a low digit (123), a middle digit (456), and a high digit (789).

The rating on this site are sometimes way too harsh, this is definetely a >90% puzzle for me. Creative ruleset, nice and fair execution. Tbh I was afraid that the rules required tedious scanning at first, but it flowed quite smoothly the whole way through. Break-in was 2*, rest 1* (13min solving time). The only critique I have is that I would have wished for a trickier midgame using more of the break in logic, it felt a bit trivial after the elegant opening, but that is just my taste. Anyway, thank you for setting this creative puzzle!

Thank you. I agree that the mid to end of this puzzle is not the most exciting. I tried around with different possibilities but they either made the solve unsmooth and unfun or didn't have great interactions with the ruleset. This at least didn't seem boring to me and still had some cool interactions with the rules. 13 Minutes is a very quick solve, nicely done!

Very nice puzzle! It took me a while to wrap my head around this constraint, and it was tricky even after I managed to do so, so 3* for me.
