For cage sums, Vs and dots all even numbers are negative and odd numbers positive
All cages sum to zero. Black dots join numbers in the ratio of 1:-2. All dots given
V joins digits that sum to five. Not all Vs given

Nice! I think, the constraint "All dots given" is not neccessary.

Very nice puzzle. I may have missed something obvious but it was at least 3* for me
