Rules:

-Dutch Whispers lines (orange): adjacent digits along the line must have an difference of at least 4.
-Killer cages: digits in a killer cage add up to the digit marked in the top left corner of cage.
-Minimum (grey box): the digit in the grey box with arrows pointing inward must be less than each of the orthogonally adjacent digit of it.
