The Greatest Rank
SUDOKU:
• Place the digit 1 to 6 so they don't repeat in any row, column or box.GREATEST LINE:
• On each line, there is exactly one number whose value is greater than the sum of any other two numbers on that line.
FULL RANK:
• The values on columns and rows, read in both directions, make a total of 24 numbers of six digits.• Clues outside the grid show the rank for the indicated row/column among those 24 numbers, where the lowest is 1 and the highest is 24.
• One or more equal numbers are considered to be at rank N when there are N-1 numbers of strictly lower rank, meaning ties go to the lower rank. (For example, we say there are three numbers in rank 20 when there are 19 numbers of lower rank and the next rank will be 23, ie the ranks could go ⋯, 19, 20, 20, 20, 23, ⋯).

Nice rule combination of rule sets. Thanks for sharing.
Have you considered allowing solvers to write (potential) ranks into the margins? I find that to be helpful even for easier puzzles.

Reply: I did consider that but felt it wasn't needed in this and didn't want people to make a mess. The way the puzzle is you can make notes on the grid which are enough cells to do that.
