Dutch Whispers and Region Sums

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column and box.
Dutch Whisper Lines: Adjacent digits on orange lines must differ by four or more.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide blue lines into sections with the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
White Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
Solve Online : Solution Check is enabled
