You may remember a puzzle I published back in November that was made of Dutch hexagons - and it turns out that the hexagons still work if they're tipped over.

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line differ by at least 4.
- XV pairs - digits separated by X sum to 10; digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
