Long way 'round

- Divide the grid into nine regions and place a digit from 1-9 in each cell such that digits do not repeat in any row, column, or region.
- Arrows : Cells that include an arrow specify that at least one cell NOT in its region, separates itself with another cell in its region, in that direction.
- Numbers outside the grid represent a sum of digits between two sequential region borders in its associated row or column.
(The edge of the grid is considered a region border, ? = a single digit sum)
