Normal sudoku rules apply. The digits 1 - 9 need to show up once in each column row and box.
Palindrome - Digits on a palindrome are the same forward and backwards. (eg. 48384)
Sandwich - The number outside the row or column is the sandwich number. It represents the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that row or column.
Thermo - Digits on a thermo need to increase from the bulb
