Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Row Mates: [2-5-8] - Every 5 must have a 2 directly to the left, or an 8 directly to the right (or both).

Dutch Flat Mates - Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it, or a 9 directly below it (or both).

Odd Count Cage - Cage clues show the exact, minimum, or maximum count of odd digits in that cage.

Difference dots - White dots separate digits whose difference is the number shown inside the dot.

Skyscraper cells - A cell with a diamond indicates how many skyscrapers are visible along each of its diagonal directions.
