The rules:

Place the digits 1 to 9 in each row, column, and 3x3 block without repetition.
Digits along the Black line must have ratio of 2.
Cells connected by a German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
Cells joined by V must sum to 5.
Not all dots and V's are given.
