It's taken me quite a while to complete, but I had an idea for an eclipse-themed puzzle following last week's eclipse. Here is the finished result - enjoy!
I am starting to publish less often than I used to, with an aim to focus on producing a few higher quality puzzles. I have tried to make this one of my more challenging puzzles, while avoiding an excessive number of rules. I feel this should be around 4-5 stars for difficulty. As always, feedback is welcome :)

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Lunar Line: adjacent digits along the yellow line around the edge of the grey disc must differ by at least 5.
Sun Sum: the digit on the flash of light (row 2, column 4) is the sum of its four orthogonal neighbours. The largest component of that sum is the digit inside the Moon's disc (row 3, column 4).
Coronal Cages: digits inside a cage sum to the total given in the top corner of that cage (where given). Each cage contains at least one prime number.
Night Sky: digits within a chess Knight's move may not be the same.

Does Night Sky refer to the whole puzzle or just the part outside the corona? If the latter, are cells on the corona also part of the night sky and can digits within the lunar disc be a knights move from a night sky digit? Also when you say “within a knight’s move” do you mean a knight’s move or closer, I.e. a king’s move constraint as well?

Is the largest component unique? For example are the digits 1 2 1 2 allowed to be the adjacent digits of R2C4?
