X-Sumwiches

After a long break, here is the first of hopefully many more puzzles!
Rules:
MEAN MINI: Select 6 unique digits from 1–9 and place them once each in every row, column, and irregular region.
X-SUMWICHES: Each X-Sumwich outside the grid is simultaneously an X-sums clue and a sandwich clue for that row or column.
- As an X-sums clue, it equals the sum of the first X digits seen from that direction, where X is the first digit seen
- As a sandwich clue, it equals the sum of the digits sandwiched between the lowest digit and highest digit
