Muffuletta (Fog, Modular Lines, Sandwich Layers)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Dynamic Fog: Placing a correct digit clears fog from its cell and possibly other cells.
Modular Lines: Any set of three sequential cells along a teal line must contain one digit from [1,4,7], one digit from [2,5,8] and one digit from [3,6,9].
Sandwich Layers: The number in the top left corner of a cage indicates the sum of the digits sandwiched between 1 and 9 in that row (red cage) or in that column (blue cage), where a "🥪" can represent any sum ranging from 0 to 35. The digit in a cage indicates how many digits (including the crusts of 1 and 9) the corresponding sandwich sum contains.
