RULES:
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column and 3 by 3 box.
Disjoint Groups: Cells that appear in the same relative position of their 3x3 box may not contain the same digit. So, for example, r1c1 (the top left cell of its 3x3 box) could not contain the same digit as r7c7 (the top left cell of its 3x3 box.)
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide the blue lines into segments with the same sum. The sum may be different for different lines. (Note that r3c6/r4c7 is its own line).
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the value in the top left corner.
Little Killer: The clue outside the grid provides the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along a diagonal if allowed by other rules.
Question Marks: Each ? in the puzzle can represent any digit from 0-9.

Sorry I hated it!
(do not get me wrong, you still got a 5* rating and a well deserved one, for me also in difficulty ;))
It is cleverly set up, no doubt about it;
but everything about the set up - I did not like at all...
first digit came rather easily and spread nicely throughout the grid, and the low hanging fruit and all..
but the following interaction between the region sums and killer cages made me grab pen and paper;
I was about to quit, even though I knew the region sum, and was very confident about the cages, that was a huge PITA for me.
So, I might have missed something important and thus wasn't able to appreciate some interaction there.
But the only way (for me) to solve it was by carefully checking each and every option for second and sixth cell in the six boxes, and that really made me want to vomit.

Well done! (the other comments surely are perfectly valid)
but if that was the intended way of cracking it open I will surely avoid every puzzle you set.

If this is your first puzzle, can't wait to see what else you come up with, because this was amazing. Loved the almost perfect symmetry and how the deductions unfolded. Solid 5*.

Great first puzzle, Chocolateboy300! I got mightily stuck after the break-in and had to leave and come back. Ended up with a 167 minute time, so 5* from me, but I'm not a strong solver. Really enjoyed myself though!

Great puzzle, especially for a first, certainly not created by a dumb person, that no one will recall. Very nice break-in, where the basic idea is well developed into the rest of the puzzle. Took me almost 2 hours in 2 sittings, so 5 stars for me. A little tip: maybe use a different color for the r3c6-r4c7 rsl. Hope to see your next puzzle within 2 years. Thanks

No, r3c6 and r4c7 is its own Region Sum Line independent of the big one in r3c7. In essence, r3c6 and r4c7 are the same digits and that digit is different than r3c7. Hope this clears things up.
