Disjoint Neighhors by Cygne
I am back with another puzzle featuring my bespoke rule variation: Quad Circles that interact with Lines as Cells do. If anyone can think of a better name than "Interactive Quad Circles", I'd love to hear it. As far as I know, I came up with this idea but please do let me know if there is a similar concept that predates mine.
Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply. Every Row, Column, and 3x3 Box contains the digits 1-9 once each.
- Disjoint Groups: Every Cell Position within the 3x3 Boxes contains the digits 1-9 once each. For example, each Box must have a different digit in its top left Cell.
- Interactive Quadruple Circles: A digit in a Circle must appear in one of the surrounding four Cells. Furthermore, such digits interact with following rules for Lines.
- German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a Green Line have a difference of at least five, whether in Cells or Circles.
- Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits along an Orange Line have a difference of at least four, whether in Cells or Circles.
- Renban: Digits along a Pink Line, whether in Cells or Circles, comprise a non-repeating set of consecutive numbers, in any order.
Interactive Quadruple Circles Example
Typically, Line constraints only interact with digits on Sudoku Cells, but in this puzzle they also interact with digits in Quad Circles.
In this example, the Cell highlighted in blue is connected via a Red Parity Line to a Quad Circle containing the digit 1. Because 1 is odd, and Quad Circles would count as values along Parity Lines in this puzzle, the highlighted Cell must contain an even number.

Lovely break in, and very nice interactions in between.
I think I like the rule set.

I would rate this 1* for difficulty, but it was fun and very satisfying!
