Target Flat Mates
Rules:
A clue X outside the grid indicates the sum of all the digits that appear in its row or column before reaching the target digit X (starting from the end with the clue).
Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Some of the Flat Mates with mathematics are beyond my skill level but this was manageable and with my prior experience of the format this one was a success, thanks.
