Here's my latest whispering puzzle. As always, comments and complaints are welcome. We are all trying to get better. Thanks for playing!

• Normal Sudoku Rules: Fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each.
• Black Kropkis: Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
• German Whispers: Along green lines, digits must differ from their neighbors by at least 5.
• Dutch Whispers: Along orange lines, digits must differ from their neighbors by at least 4.
• Cloned Regions: The shaded cell regions are cloned throughout. Digits appear in exactly the same positions in each shaded clone region.
