01:16s very easy but fun.
Just ditch the column indexer constraint, it is totally unnecessary and just confusing. The puzzle will be more enjoyable without it.

This time I didn't like this puzzle very much. If you can't get a 4x4 sudoku unique without using additional constraints, the puzzle is simply not good in my opinion. If you had managed with just the arrows, it would have gotten top notch from me.

iEtsh: Hi RobertBe, thanks for your feedback I appreciate every comment or opinion. However, I wanted to use the column indexer rule in this puzzle.. so i decided to let it be the decider in the last-third stage so it becomes the final touch.
I hope I clarified the reason behind the clue.

Perhaps you could have used only the column indexer rule and forgo the arrows. That would also earn top notch from me. For me, a good sudoku has a simple rule set, 1 max 2 constraints. And when 2 constraints are used, they have to work together. In this case, the arrows could be solved without any use of the column indexer. But each to their own.

iEtsh: Hi again, to be clear I disscuss the fact behind why i used the column indexer I could not care less about the rating stuff because people here don't give ruler-based ratings, and again without it the puzzle would have had 2 solutions, I am only interested in verbal ratings and feedbacks.
Thank you for your opinion, I will indeed put it into consideration!

Really nice logic!
I've come to appreciate that the rating is not always an indicative of people liking it or not. I believe in general nowadays the rating is always towards the lower end. I think this started because everything was getting 100% always and there wasn't a correct way of ranking the liking of people, and it just now feels that the ratings are always very harsh...
Anyhow, I enjoyed it!
______
iEtsh: Thank your for your honesty and kindness, don't worry.. I couldn't care less honestly, stuff like rating does not matter to me any more

I’ve honestly lost hope in the ratings people give on this site. I really don’t understand what people base their ratings on here; sometimes it feels like they just click on anything and move on.
I simply cannot understand how a puzzle that can be solved logically in a minute, with absolutely no bifurcation, can possibly deserve the lowest rating.
78% on a puzzle that can be solved in one minute? A minute isn’t even enough time to notice something bothering you in a puzzle.
Sometimes, I genuinely don’t understand people.

I enjoyed every second of it. And it was indeed measured in seconds, but that's fine!
