This is just an attempt to improve the graphic presentation of a masterpiece published about 3 years ago by Jodawo:
It is just a different way to represent exactly the same clues.
I take no credit about this puzzle. Any comments or ratings should be posted under its original version.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- A black dot joins digits with a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
- A digit on a blue line must have a value between the digits on both ends of the row. A digit on a yellow line must have a value between the digits on both ends of the column. All possible lines are given.
Solution code: As explained above, I take no credit for this puzzle. Hence, no solution code is active here. You can enter a solution code for this puzzle under its original version. which has exactly the same final solution.

There is no reason to have a solution code that does not work other than to annoy solvers. Please either enable the solution code, or disable the puzzle.
deleva: The solution code works under the original version. I just modified the introduction to make this crystal clear. Sorry for not being clear enough in my previous explanation.
Jooshy: I know the solution code works under the original version, but this puzzle will show as unsolved on the site. Also, if you post a puzzle for a second time it is unfair to all the puzzles that have not been posted a second time, even if the intentions are good.
