Balanced Ranks

Rules:
- Sudoku: Place digits 1-9 in each row, column and region exactly once.
- Full Rank: The digits on columns and rows, read in both directions, make a total of 36 nine-digit numbers. Cells outside the grid have a value equal to the rank in ascending order among those 36 numbers for the indicated column or row in the direction of the cell.
- Double Arrows: Cells inside the grid have a value equal to the digit in them. Values on a grey line have a sum equal to the sum of the values on the attached circles.

Very elegant puzzle. It's hard but there is a very nice flow. All about the finer details and I like that a lot!

A fantastic construction. Although outside of my usual comfort zone (given i have not solved a lot of full rank), I did not find this brutally hard but just requiring a lot of careful thought. Well done!
