Dead Man's Chest (Chaos Construction, Friendly)

Had an idea for Chaos Construction and glad I was able to find a grid that works. Hope you enjoy this little puzzle!
Rules:
Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into regions of 5 orthogonally connected cells each, such that every cell is part of exactly one region. Place the digits 1-5 exactly once in each row, column and region.
Circles must be in the top-left cell of a region (its leftmost cell in its highest row). Each circle contains a different digit and acts as its region number.
Friendly: A digit in a circle counts how many friendly cells are in its region. A digit in a friendly cell matches at least one of the row number (counting top to bottom), column number (counting left to right), or region number.

I like puzzles where you have to think about the rules and their implications on a broader level and you have to not only look for contradictions. Well set!
