Quads, But Who Shuffled!?

Normal Irregular Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column and marked region without repetition.
Quadruples: Digits in a Quadruple circle must be placed at least once in the four cells touching that circle. Digits that appear twice in circles must be placed twice in the cells touching that circle.

i agree with @LayLowe, i feel like the region lines in the ctc app have been harder to see lately

I think it's a bit more than one star. I did not have the problem with the visibility of the regions.

Minor editorial comment / tips for others: The region lines were very hard to see in the CTC app on my Android phone. I ended up using colors to identify the regions.
