Cipher: The value of a letter is equal to the digit in the cactus with that letter.
Sandwich Sums: Values of letters outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits that are placed in-between the 1 and 6 in that row or column.
Lösungscode: Row 1 from left to right (6 digits).

Quite an easy 5 minute puzzle in the end, but every step is still just non-obvious enough to make me feel clever about finding it quickly. Very enjoyable.
