This puzzle is rather late, but better late than never! I wanted to create a sudoku to mark the anniversary of Ukraine's independence on 24th August 1991, using the colour palette of the Ukrainian flag.

Normal sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.

Region Sum: blue lines (the 3-cell segments of the large "35") are divided into sections by the sudoku box borders. Each section of a line has the same sum.

Doubles/Quadruples: digits inside a white dot must appear in one of the cells bordering that dot.

There is only one instance of the digits 3 and 5 being orthogonally adjacent.
