Look and Say and Look

My version of the puzzle from SudokuCon 2026 Livestream - Setting Saturday Morning Session (6:00 PM Australia) - Palindromes and Look and Say Cages - presented by Scojo, Marty Sears, and Juggler.
Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
Look and Say Cages: The number in the top left corner describes something about the digits in that cage. For example the number "1234" says there is one 2 and three 4s in the cage.
Palindromes: Digits on a grey Palindrome line read the same forwards and backwards.

Fun little snack with great flow. Just a small QoL issue: maybe consider marking the middle point of palindromes, especially when they are this long.

After completing the first couple of digits it got a little tricky, but still had a nice flow. Thanks for setting.
pagedo: @Hyoryn - Yes the first few are relatively easy to find. Then you have to knuckle down and find the limitations on the rest. Glad you enjoyed it.
