Place a digit from 1-9 in each cell so that there are no repeats in any row, column, or box. Digits separated by a knights move cannot contain the same digit.

A digit on an arrow indicates the value of the binary number read from the next 4 cells seen in the direction of the arrow, when counting odd digits as '1' and even digits as '0', and treating the furthest cell as the lowest bit. For example: if the next four digits seen from an arrow are 8275 then the arrow must contain a 3 (0011).
