Doubler cells: There are four doubler cells in the grid, one in every row, column, and box. Each digit from 1 to 4 appears in a doubler cell exactly once. A doubler cell's value counts as double its digit.
Arrows: VALUES along an arrow sum to the VALUE shown in the circled cells.
Solve online: SudokuPad
Lösungscode: digits in row 1 and row 2, excluding the doubler cells

I was able to figure out three things that must be true by logic. But after that it was a bit of trial and error. Still and all took about 10 minutes for a beginner.

Cute puzzle. Might be a bit tricky for those that are less experienced with doublers, should be a quick snack for others.
