This is a Somedoku puzzle. If this term does not ring a bell, I advise you to start with this puzzle.
Rules
SOMEDOKU : Fill the grid with the digits 1-9 so that in each row N and column N, there are exactly N distinct digits.
THREE-WAY YIN-YANG : Color every cell with one color among three, so that all cells of each color are orthogonally connected and every 2×2 area contains at least two different colors.
COHESION : Two cells that contain the same digit are the same color.
THERMOMETERS : Numbers on a grey thermometer strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.
KROPKI DOTS : Two digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.

My first 5 star puzzle and what a puzzle it was. Thank you for setting this, it was amazing to see how the three way yin-yang worked together with the somedoku so marvelously.
