The rules:
- Place the digits 1 to 9 in each row, column, and 3x3 block without repetition.
- For each line, digits on the line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through.
- The lines must contain only odd or only even digits(deduced by solver).
- Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
- Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2.
- Not all dots are given.
