Rules:

Place the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column, and box.

Place a two-cell pill somewhere along each line. Digits from the pill to each end of the line, which may be only one end, sum to the two-digit number in the pill, read from left to right or top to bottom.

A digit N on a circle counts the number of digits in the (up to 8) surrounding cells that are greater than or equal to N.
