The rules:
- Place the digits 1 to 9 in each row, column, and 3x3 block without repetition.
- Digits on a palindrome line read the same forwards and backwards.
- Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
- Cells separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 2.
- Digits a knight's move apart cannot be the same.
- Digits in circles cannot be the same.
- Cells separated by an X must sum to 10.
- Cells separated by a V must sum to 5.
- Not all dots and XVs are given.
