Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Kropki Split Lines:
- Red lines are split by white dots into segments with consecutive sums.
- Blue lines are split by black dots into segments with sums in a 1:2 ratio with their neighbors.
- Digits may repeat on a line, but not in a segment.
