Double Or Nothing

Take a gamble on solving this puzzle!
This was the second of two puzzles I constructed for fuxia in the CTC Discord 2025 Secret Santa. Having received a request for double arrows, I decided to create something that felt a little more unique, with a different style of logic.
The first Secret Santa puzzle can be found here: Ascent
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow either sum to double the digit in the connected circle, or can be made to total zero if some are subtracted from others (circles are meaningless for zero-sum arrows). Arrows connected to the same circle do not necessarily follow the same rule.
