Coverage Areas

• Divide the grid into six orthogonally connected coverage areas, each consisting of six cells.

Sudoku

• Fill the grid so that every row, column, and coverage area contains each digit 0–6 exactly once.
• Each Satellite (????) contains two digits; both are part of the solution and count towards its row, column, and coverage area.

Satellites

• The two Satellite's digits give:
  • The number of cells in its coverage area that lie in the Satellite's row,
  • and the number of cells in its coverage area that lie in the Satellite's column.
• Both counts include the satellite cell and the order of the two digits is unknown.

Relay Links

• Relay links (○) connect adjacent cells whose digits differ by exactly 1.
• Every relay link lies on a border between two coverage areas.
