SILENT KILLER - Digits in a cage sum to the number in the cell pointed at by the cage's northwest corner (Example: row 3 column 1 shows the sum of the cage in box 4).
SILENT LITTLE KILLER - A cell with an arrow shows the sum of the digits in the indicated direction. Each arrow is a separate clue.

A couple of tricky first steps then it solves quickly after that. Might make it closer to 2* for those steps.

A very fluid puzzle which keeps you on your toes!! A 1.5 on difficulty if you ask me.
