German Sums 5 (Pointer Sums Edition)

Today I am happy to share with you another installment to the German Sums series :-)
Pointer Sums is not a standard constraint and is not so easy to internalize, which makes this puzzle more challenging.
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

All clues are both Pointer Sums and German Sums.

German Sums: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of all continuously adjacent digits with a difference of at least 5 up to (and not including) the first digit with a difference of 4 or less in that row or column from the direction of the clue. A digit in the first cell is always included in the sum.

For example, if row 7 is 718345269, then the sum would be 19 (7+1+8+3) from the left side and 9 from the right side.

Pointer Sums: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of all digits N that are N steps away from the digit X, where X is the row or column number.

For example, if row 7 is 718345269, then the sum would be 13 (1+3+4+5).
