This was a puzzle I made that I made for the Skunkworks League Season 2 Turn 3, and modified to include the rules instead of being an instructionless puzzle.

Place the digits 1-6 in each cell without repeating in each row and column.

Divide the grid into 6 regions. The digits in each region sum to the same value. (There is not a rule preventing digits from repeatting in the same region)

The number in the red/blue bordered box above the grid specifies the number of regions regions that are won by that color. The winner of each region is the color with the highest sum of digits in cells of that color within that region.

The number in the red/blue un-bordered box above the grid specifies the sum of all the digits in cells of that color.

Digits in cells marked with a rectangle indicate the total number of cells in the region that includes that cell (including itself).
