Marathon. I enjoyed printing the main page and tackling most of it with trusty pencil. Fun constraints to explore and impressive final puzzle!

Some solvers may find it helpful to enable "big puzzle UI" in sudokupad settings; at the time of this writing it is under "experimental" settings. Alternatively it can be activated by appending "?setting-largepuzzle=1" to the URL.
I apologise for not every part of the puzzle having penpa support, and some tedious parts in the puzzle; this puzzle was made for the skunkworks league, so I could not get much help with the puzzle setting, and I have little experience with setting in Penpa. All penpa links have been made retroactively.
