Octosquish Circles

Rules:

Fill the grid with digits from 1-9 so that no digit repeats in any row, column or 3x3 colored regions. For a digit in a circle, it indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. Orthogonally adjacent cells can't have consecutive digits. Empty cells outside bordered regions don't contain digits.
