@Franjo: Fingerprint? I see it as a reclining woman’s head resting in her arm/hand, chin on the right, wavy hair flowing down at the left. Reminds me specifically of some famous modernist sketch, possibly by Picasso, but I can’t quite place it… Fantastic puzzle in any case.
