I agree with others that the start is deceptively simple, and resolving which arrow is which (straightforward to work out which sets of arrows they are) is on the difficult side. Nice puzzle!

Logicwise this is definitely a 2* (or even lower), some steps are just hard to spot. Overall an enjoyable experience, thank you for setting this!
