Regional Differences

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On purple thermometers, box boundaries divide the thermo into segments. Reading from the bulb to the tip, the sums of each segment must strictly increase (no zero differences this time!)
If the thermo crosses more than one boundary, the difference between segment sums across each boundary must also strictly increase along the thermo.
