Normal sudoku rules apply.
Parity Pivot Loop: Form a one-cell-wide loop that moves through the grid orthogonally. The loop does not touch itself, not even diagonally. A loop cell is an odd digit if the loop moves straight through it, and is an even digit if the loop does a 90 degree turn at its location.
Loop Arrows: A digit on an arrow indicates how many loop cells are in the direction of the arrow, not counting the arrow cell.
Loop German Whispers: Any two cells connected by a green line contain one loop cell and one non-loop cell, and their digits differ by at least 5.
Example of a valid loop shape (the white cells inside the loop cannot be cut off from each other, and a 2x2 block of cells cannot all be loop cells):
