Thermometer arrows

Normal sudoku rules apply. A digit in a cell with an arrow equals the maximum length of a straight thermometer that can be placed in the direction of the arrow, where the bulb of the thermometer is contained in the cell the arrow is directly pointing to. Digits along a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end. Thermometers with length one are allowed. If an arrow is pointing to 25618 (where 2 is closest to the arrow), then digit in the arrow cell is 3 since the longest increasing sequence is 256.

the main difficulty here is understanding the rules. because they are unique and strange, level 1 is excluded.
the second difficulty is creating a notation SYSTEM.
turns out, the rest is very easy.
the sting in the tail is resolved due to the NEGATIVE constraint.
