Rules:
Sudoku: Fill every row, column and marked 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Killer: In cages marked with a black dashed line digits must not repeat and have to add up to the total given in the top left corner of the cage.
Arrow: Digits on an arrow have to sum to the digit in the corresponding circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Entropy: Each 2x2 box in the grid has to contain a low digit (1, 2, 3), a middle digit (4, 5, 6) and a high digit (7, 8, 9).

Top half of 3* for me. Really nice break in and not hard to spot, but the work on box 5 diagonal arrow was exhausting (at least for me).

definitely not level 2.
here's a hint:
global entropy STARTS at level 2, unless you provide a ton of givens or such.
here, all you give is a tiny number of weak clues.

Very cute opening and the way the entropy theme resolved the later half was surprisingly cool! I put it as 3/5 diff at the end actually, but it was still a very fun solve overall x)
