No two digits on the cork are consecutive or equal.
Digits separated by bubbles (white kropki dots) are consecutive. All possible white kropki dots are given.
The digits within the killer cage sum to 30. The digits along the indicated diagonals sum to 30.
Region borders split the thin dark cyan line into segments with equal digit sums
The gray lines are palindromes. The order of the digits along a palindrome is the same when read in either direction.

I opened this months ago and spent about 2 minutes on it, leaving the tab open. Found it last night. A lot of fun. Didn’t use the diagonals and missed the negative constraint, but that’s on me. I also had a lot of trouble seeing the palindrome continued into 8,2, but that’s was on me.

needs careful attention to start, but then becomes gas.
the non-consecutive rule does some heavy work.
and maybe people here don't like gas, which is why they down-voted it. it cannot be justified.

Nice one, didn’t use the diagonal sums at all. I also missed the negative constraint in the end
