Rules:

Digits in a cage do not repeat and must sum to the number in the top-left corner, if given.

Digits outside the grid are skyscraper clues. Each skyscraper clue indicates the number of digits in the corresponding row or column that can be seen from the clue, where higher digits block the view of lower ones.
