Hey all! I've been a lurker/solver here for a while, but this is my first time setting a puzzle. I enjoy small puzzles that still take a minute to work out, so that's what I set out to create. Hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply.
Thermos — Digits strictly increase along the thermometer from bulb to tip.
Little Killers — The numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits in the direction corresponding to the arrow. Digits can repeat in the direction of the arrow.
Extra Region — The digits in the blue region are unique.
Grey Square — The digit in the grey square is even.
Lösungscode: Row 3 across, followed by the little killer diagonal. No spaces.

Ein schönes erstes Rätsel, weiter so :-).
Ein paar Hinweise:
'No spaces' ist überflüssig.
Es ist nichts NEU bei diesem Rätsel.
Das 'English' Label ist nicht nötig.

May be worth articulating the (currently implied) rule that no row, column, or box can contain repeated digits.

What a cute snack. I don't often solve puzzles here in less than 2 mins, but this was worth every second.
